C.B. Watson Primary  Complete August 2013
New Primary school to be located at 401 Dover Drive in Warner Robins. Includes demolition of existing school. Capacity: 600 students

Linwood Elementary Renovation  Complete July 2014
Complete and total renovation of existing school. Building to be renamed Pearl Stephens Elementary.

Central Bus Facility
Construct central bus facility on the east side of Bear Country Blvd to serve all county buses and personnel.

Langston Road Elementary  Complete July 2014
New Elementary school to be constructed on Langston Road as a replacement for Perry Primary. Capacity: 775 students

Complete renovation of original building constructed in 1991

Gym Upgrades  Complete February 2014
Install sports flooring, lighting, and finishes to include acoustical treatments.

Freedom Field  
Construct stadium on property located at 111 Bear Country Blvd in Warner Robins.

McConnell-Talbert Stadium Renovation  Complete August 2013
Storm water upgrades, lighting upgrades, and facility upgrades including restrooms.

Perry Board Extension  Complete January 2014
Renovation and convert into usable space for Student Services

Tennis Complex  Complete 2019
A 22 court complex with 2 championship courts and clubhouse for all Houston County high schools

Rumble Demolition and Site Improvement  Completed 2018
Demolish Rumble campus main building and add band practice field with other site improvements
