The Houston County School District operates an After School Program (ASP) at primary and elementary schools with sufficient enrollment to generate fees to cover operating expenses until 6:00 PM each FULL school day (*This could mean that some schools do NOT have a program).  The intent of the Houston County ASP is to support families by providing adequate supervision and enriching experiences for its young children from the time schools dismiss until a reasonable end to a parent’s workday.  The program is designed to include homework help and recreational activities. Parents should contact their child’s school for more details about how to enroll in the program.

ASP Early Registration for the 2024-2025 school year will be held May 1, 2024-May 21, 2024. The registration fee is reduced to $20 per child and $30 per family during early registration. ASP application forms for 2024-2025 can be found below. The Application Form, Licensure Exemption Form, and registration fee should be submitted to your school's ASP Site Coordinator by May 21, 2024 to qualify for early registration. Regular registration for the 2024-2025 school year will begin July 24, 2024. Registration fees during regular registration increase to $25 per child and $35 per family.

Weekly tuition rate of $40 per child - required to be pre-paid

Daily drop-in tuition rate of $10 per child per day - due by the day of service
