The Warner Robins Middle School Band has a rich reputation of being one of the finest music programs in the state of Georgia. Bands from Warner Robins Middle consistently earn superior ratings at regional festivals, competitions and large group performance evaluations. The band also travels each year to perform at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. Currently, the band is comprised of approximately 200 members totaling almost 30% of the school’s student population. The band consists of many educational opportunities such as 8th Grade Concert Band, 7th Grade Concert Band, 6th Grade Beginning Band, Warrior Jazz Band, Percussion Ensemble, and the Warrior Football Band. These ensembles serve as educational tools for our students to learn music fundamentals such as posture, tone production, breathing, and technical control of the instrument. Students in the band program continue to be lifelong learners and productive members of society.
