Dr. Donald Warren E-Mail
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Georgia Southwestern State University and Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Georgia College & State University. This led to degrees from the University of Georgia for both my Specialist and Doctorate programs in Educational Leadership. At the beginning of my teaching career, I taught mathematics and the middle and high school level. During my time at Houston County High School, I also coached basketball. Prior to coming to WRMS, I served as full-time Assistant Principal at Perry Middle School plus a split position at both Parkwood and Westside Elementary schools.

Dr. Dal Leech E-Mail
I received my bachelor degree from Mississippi State University and taught special education for 2 years in grades 7 through 12. I then moved to Perry GA and began teaching social studies and coaching in grades 6, 7, & 8 at Perry Middle & Perry Jr. High Schools. During these 22 years I taught social studies, science, reading, & connection classes to grades 6, 7, & 8. I also earned a masters degree from Georgia Southwestern College and State University and a specialist degree in school administration from the University of Georgia. In the spring of last year, I completed my doctorate degree. This is my sixth year as the assistant principal at Warner Robins Middle School.

Growing up in Reynolds, Georgia awarded me the opportunity to dream and strive for success. I am a graduate of Fort Valley State University and received my specialist in Education Leadership from Troy State University. I am also TSS certified and Reading Endorsed. As an educator, I believe that providing positive deposits through quality instruction is essential for student learning.

Mrs. Karen Smith E-Mail
I received my Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from the University of Georgia in Home Economics Education and Family Development. Since that time, I have been in education for 19 years. My first five years were spent in South Georgia where I taught home economics in Bulloch County, and special education in Wheeler County. During that time, I became certified in Special Education through Georgia Southern University. In 1990, I was able to move home to Warner Robins and was given the opportunity to teach home economics, and Project Success at my alma mater, Northside High School. In 2001, I accepted a position as a middle school family and consumer sciences teacher at Perry Middle School. During that time, I earned my certification in school counseling through Fort Valley State University.

Ms. Dotheria Hall E-mail
Ms. Hall has been in education for thirteen years. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in English from Valdosta State University. While teaching, she earned a Masters in School Guidance and Counseling from Fort Valley State University and later an Educational Specialist in Leadership from Columbus State University. She dedicated seven years of her career as a high school English teacher and four years as an eighth grade language arts teacher. Ms. Hall’s promise to the students, faculty, and parents of Warner Robins Middle School is to assist students in reaching maximum achievement academically, socially, and personally.
