Mrs. Conner returned to teaching at Perry High School in 1999. She teaches AP Biology, 9th grade Biology, and Anatomy & Physiology to some of the BEST students she's ever known. She is also the advisor for Junior Civitans, which boasts 104 members.

Mrs. Conner and her husband, Mark, live in Perry with their two daughters, Elizabeth and Mary Catherine. The newest member of the family is a Bichon frise named Buddy.
