Click to e-mail: La Señora Sendek
Mrs. Melissa Sendek is in her seventh year as Perry High's Spanish Instructor. She has an Associates degree in the Arts from Gordon College, a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, and a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Montevallo. Mrs. Sendek also works with the International Club. She is married to Joe Sendek, the theatre teacher at Perry High.
Study Suggestions from Mrs. Sendek:
1. Make flashcards with the Spanish word on one side and the English word on the other. Review them EVERYDAY.
2. Ask your parents to call out a word in Spanish/English and let you spell the Spanish word to them.
3. Use the online websites below.
4. Ask me for a take home tutor. It has all of the flashcards, notes, exercises, videos, etc.
The more you put into studying the language, the more fluent you will be. It is all up to you!
