Perry Primary After School Program

After-School Program
The Houston County After School Program provides quality supervision for children enrolled in Pre-k through fifth grade until 6:00 p.m. each day that school is in session. The program complements the school day and enhances the skills and concepts being learned in school. Time is allocated for teacher-assisted homework. Enrichment activities that encourage creativity and computer activities that develop thinking skills are important program components.
The goal of the program is to establish a safe, relaxed and stimulating environment that encourages individual and social relationships, reinforces appropriate behavior, and promotes a positive self-image.

Perry Primary School serves as the centralized location for the After-School Program (ASP) for students at the following Perry schools: Perry Primary, Kings Chapel Elementary, Morningside Elementary, and Tucker Elementary. Therefore, participating students from all schools except Perry Primary will be bused to Perry Primary so that they may participate in the program.
Application forms can be obtained in the offices of the participating schools. Additionally, in order to transport your child, your permission is needed. If this meets with your approval, please sign and turn in the transportation permission form with the application form so that your child may ride the bus to Perry Primary.
