Mike Paalz ( paulz' ) has been teaching at Perry Middle School since 2003.  He earned his BA in French and Spanish from Mercer University in 2003, his MS in International Relations from Troy University in 2008, and his Ed.S. in Instructional Technology from Valdosta State University in 2011.

Mr. Paalz teaches 6th grade social studies with the Suns team.  In addition to his academic duties, Mr. Paalz manages the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and the school yearbook.  He is also a member of the Better Seeking Team and was voted Perry Middle School's Teacher of the Year for 2008.
