You must have your certificate number, your social security number, and your email address to register and to login each time you access your account. 

Go to upper right area of home page. Click on red letters that say "Register MyPSC". You will be given instructions on setting up your MyPSC account. After entering all the information, you will get an email with your temporary password. Save the Temporary Password.

Go back to the home page and this time click on the red letters that say "Login to My PSC". Enter your email address, your PSC Account Number (Your certificate number that is printed on your latest certificate).Then type in the Temporary Password from your email message.  Follow the other directions. You can change your password to something easy to remember.
