Ms. Paulette Tompkins

Principal's Promise

As your principal, each of you will have my full devotion and loyalty as I work to serve and support you, our students, our parents and the community. I promise you -
I will set high expectations for myself, this staff, our students, parents and community
I will challenge, encourage and inspire all parties as we not only strive to meet but exceed expectations in student achievement
I will actively seek input and advice from staff, parents and students as we work together in a collaborative relationship to meet the need of our students
I will value in thought, word and deed the absolute need for a warm, welcoming school climate that encourages student and staff success and one that promotes mutual trust and respect
I will dedicate the time, effort and finances to provide resources and training to meet the needs of the staff and students as we rise to the challenge of producing high achieving students at KCES.

The mission of the Houston County Board of Education is to "Produce high achieving students." At Kings Chapel, I am confident that together we will accomplish this mission.

Paulette Tompkins
