Welcome to Your Media Center! |
|
The Media Center at Kings Chapel Elementary is always buzzing with activity, a place where students connect to the world through books and technology. It is a place that both children and adults come to browse, read, and enjoy books in a relaxing and comfortable environment. The collection offers over 8,000 books and many other materials for our staff and students to utilize throughout the year. Activities in the Media Center include instruction in the use of reference materials, including Internet resources, storytelling, curriculum activities utilizing the computers, and quiet reading time. Collaboration with the classroom teachers to support instruction is ongoing.

Our library helpers work hard to keep the shelves in order, help younger students find great books, and help check books in/out of the media center. We couldn't do it without them! |
