Each counselor is responsible for students based upon an alphabetical division of last names. This division can change from year to year, and you should click on the "Meet the Counselors" link below for the current list of counselors.
To contact a counselor for a telephone or personal conference, please call 478-988-6338 ext, 0. Calls are returned as soon as possible.

For appointments:
Students may come to the counseling office before and after school to make appointments. Students are not released during class time to make appointments. Emergencies are handled on an immediate need basis.
Parents should call 478-988-6338 ext. ) to schedule a parent/teacher conference. Please give your child's name, grade level, and the nature of your call. Calls are returned as soon as possible.

Transcript Requests and Recommendation Letters:
Students must complete a "Transcript Request Form". These forms can be picked up in the counseling office. The counseling secretary will prepare a certified transcript. Two working days are required for processing. Students mail applications, transcripts, and college application fees.
Please submit requests for recommendation letters to counselors well in advance of their deadlines. Two weeks notice is highly recommended.
