Tall, dark and dedicated is how one might describe Pat Rouse. The baby girl of six children, she was born and raised in Albany, Georgia. Being a member of a large family, she learned the true meaning of love, respect, and determination. These three characteristics laid the firm basis for her future. Coach Rouse attended Brewton-Parker College for two years on a basketball scholarship before transferring to Georgia Southwestern University, to complete her basketball career and received a B.S. degree in Health and Physical Education. She is well rounded as an educator and has touched the lives of many students in Dooly, Upson and Houston County schools. As a coach she is known and respected for her strict discipline but is loved for her caring and kind heart and motivation.
