As your principal, I promise to provide strong instructional leadership that focuses on student achievement for all students at Eagle Springs. I promise to provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that is conducive to teaching and learning. I promise to support teachers with resources, time, and professional learning opportunities to enable you to provide the optimal learning environment for all students. I promise to promote teamwork among all stakeholders (teachers, parents, community members and students) as we work together to celebrate successes and overcome challenges. I promise to lead by example through honest, integrity, and professionalism. I promise to put children first and focus on student achievement in all that we do at Eagle Springs.
