 McGee 2011

Dr. Andrea McGee is a lifelong resident of Houston County.  She is a graduate of Warner Robins High School.  She attended Georgia State College and University where she received her Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education.  She was also a member of the Georgia College Softball team during her time in college.  She continued her education at Georgia Southwestern University and received her Masters and Specialist degrees in Early Childhood Education.  She then acquired and add-on certificate in Leadership and Administration from the University of Georgia.  In 2007, she completed her doctorial degree from Argosy University. 

She began her teaching career at Thomas Elementary School in Warner Robins and taught 2nd grade there for 2 years, before joining the Perdue Elementary staff where she taught 2nd and 4th grade.  In 1998, she was selected as the Teacher of the Year at Perdue Elementary. 

 

Dr. McGee moved into the area of administration with her first position as Assistant Principal for Instruction at Shirley Hills Elementary.  She served as the Principal for the Elementary Summer School Program in 2001.  Later she moved to Quail Run Elementary where she served as AP and later API.  In 2004, she was selected as the Principal at Eagle Springs Elementary and counts it as an honor and privilege to be serving working with the staff, students and parents of Eagle Springs.

Hello! My name is David Carver. I am currently the Assistant Principal at Eagle Springs. I have been in the field of education for 18 years, 10 of those as a middle school Science teacher. have 2 daughters, Addysin who is 11 and Kinleigh who is 8. I was born and raised in Warner Robins, attending Westside Elementary, Miller Elementary, Northside Junior High and Northside High School. I earned a bachelor's degree in Science Education from Georgia Southern University and a Masters degree in Supervision and Administration from Georgia College & State University. I enjoy playing sports, especially golf, and singing. I am proud to be a part of the Houston County School system.

My name is Vickie Jordan. It is my pleasure to join Eagle Springs Elementary School as Assistant Principal for Instruction. I am a graduate of the Houston County School System and have been involved in education for 25 years. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership. I am married to Richard who is also involved in education in the Houston County School System. I have two grown children, Jessica and Tyler, and two grandchildren. I am blessed to be a part of such a great school and will strive to give my time and heart to the students, families, and staff of Eagle Springs Elementary School.
