Principal, Mrs. Leslie Shultz

Mrs. Shultz is a graduate of Northside High School. She received a BS degree in Early Education from Valdosta State College and University and a Literacy Collaborative and Reading Recovery Certificate from Georgia State College and University. She completed her Educational Leadership Degree at Columbus State College and University. Mrs. Shultz taught Kindergarten and First Grade at Miller Elementary. She was an EIP teacher, a Reading Recovery Teacher, and then studied to become a Literacy Coordinator. As Literacy Coordinator she worked with the teachers and students in Kindergarten through Second Grade. She then worked as a Literacy Coordinator at Perry Primary. Mrs. Shultz lives with her husband, Matt (who is also an educator), sons, Patrick and Jordan, and daughter, Haley. She has a very close family and enjoys spending time with them as well as their horses and dog, Cotton.
 



Assistant Principal for Instruction, Dr. Amanda Yoh

Dr. Amanda Yoh is a native of neighboring Peach County. She received her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education followed by her Master's in Teaching of Reading from Georgia Southern University. In 2007 she completed her Specialist and Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
Dr. Yoh began her teaching career at Perry Elementary in 1999 until it closed in 2004. She then moved to Bonaire Elementary where she taught third grade and served as an Early Intervention Specialist for three years. She is excited about her new opportunity to serve as David Perdue Primary’s Assistant Principal of Instruction!
Dr. Yoh is married to her husband, Brian Yoh, whom recently retired after serving the United States Air Force for twenty four years. Together they have two beautiful daughters, Maguire and Langley. She is also the stepmother to Brent and Alexa Yoh and the grandmother(La La)to Kenadi Ray.



Assistant Principal of Discipline, Dr. Rhonda Moulder

Dr. Rhonda Moulder is also the Assistant Principal of Discipline for David A. Perdue Elementary. She has been in the field of education for 25 years. A native of Colquitt, Georgia she is a 1976 graduate of Miller County Highschool. She graduated in 1980 from Wesleyan College with a degree in music education having received a music scholarship to the college. She taught music at Winship Elementary in Macon, Georgia for 7 years. She received a Master's in Early Childhood Education from Mercer University, and taught Kindergarten for 2 years at Winship before leaving to become a Data Collector for the Regional Assessment Center in Macon, Georgia. During that position she traveled 7 counties training teachers with the Georgia Teacher Observation Instrument. Dr. Moulder graduated from Mercer University with an Educational Specialist Degree in Early Childhood Education, and she attended the University of Georgia for an add-on in Education Administration. She was the Instructional Coordinator for Lindsay Elementary for 9 years before becoming the Instructional Coordinator at David A. Perdue Elementary in 1991. Dr. Moulder became the Assistant Principal for Instruction at DPES in 2002. She completed a Doctrate in Educational Leadership from Argosy University. She is married to Guy Moulder and they have two children, Macy, and Nicholas. She enjoys singing, playing the piano, judging beauty pageants and pageant coaching.

 

Counselor, Mrs. Tricia Etheridge

Mrs. Etheridge has a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in School Counseling. As school counselor, her efforts focus on academic, personal/social and career development so students can achieve success in school and are prepared to lead fulfilling lives as responsible members of society. She is very passionate about working with young children and is dedicated to do whatever it takes to help a child feel successful. Mrs. Etheridge enjoys working with parents, volunteers, mentors, and teachers in developing successful solutions toward academic success.
Mrs. Etheridge is highly family oriented and enjoys spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren and two poodles.
