Mission Statement: To successfully transition students to their traditional home school setting.
Vision Statement: To educate our students socially and academically.
Purpose: The purpose of the Houston County Crossroads Center is to recognize individual difference and to provide learning experience for students to acquire academic, vocational, social, and life skills. Houston County Crossroads Center exists to serve the needs of students who were unsuccessful in a traditional school environment
Belief Statement
We believe: * that each student can learn * that schools should provide an environment * that promotes learning and personal growth * that excellence in instruction results in motivating students to reach their full potential * that teachers should provide a variety of challenging educational opportunities for students * that teachers should promote attitudes and habits necessary for students to work productively and effectively * that accountability must be a community responsibility * that honesty, integrity, and respect are important values are essential in building relationships * that individual self-discipline and responsibility are essential to personal development * that values, morals, rules, and discipline are all necessary in developing character * students enrolled at Crossroads are here because they made a bad choice. We want them to avoid making a similar mistake again.
