Cindy Randall

Mrs. Randall was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio.  A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Mrs. Randall began her teaching and coaching career in Vandalia, Ohio at Morton Junior High.  After marrying an Air Force computer engineer she moved to Hampton, Virginia where she taught high school government and geography and coached the varsity girls’ indoor/outdoor track team at Hampton High School.  In 1992, Mrs. Randall completed her M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling from the College of William and Mary and began her career as a high school counselor.  In 1996, the Air Force moved Mr. and Mrs. Randall to Warner Robins, Georgia and Mrs. Randall began her career in Houston County.  She began at Houston County High School as a counselor when she was selected to participate in the Houston County Leadership Program.  In the spring of 1999, Mrs. Randall completed her Educational Specialist degree in Administration and Supervision from the University of Georgia and was hired as the Assistant Principal of Feagin Mill Middle School.  After serving three years at Feagin Mill, Mrs. Randall was hired as the Principal of Bonaire Middle in the fall of 2002.  Mrs. Randall is married to Scott Randall, a systems engineer at Robins AFB, and has one son, Jordan, a 2010 graduate of Houston County High School who will attend Georgia Southwestern University in the fall.

Mr. Marlon Robinson has been in education for 12 years. He started his teaching career with the Houston County School System upon completion of his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics Education. He has an Associate's degree in Secondary Education from Middle Georgia College, a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics Education from Fort Valley State University, and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. He is currently working on his doctorate degree in educational leadership and higher education at Nova Southeastern University. He was honored as "PHS Teacher of the Year" in the school year 2004-2005. For 6 years, Mr. Robinson coached PHS Girl's Softball, PHS Girl's Basketball, PHS Boy's Basketball, and PHS Baseball. He is married to Marien Robinson and is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. He currently resides as the church administrator of Greater Word of Deliverance Ministries, Incorporated in Perry, GA. After teaching high school mathematics for 11 years, he was selected as assistant principal of Bonaire Middle School in 2009.



Marci Cawthon

Mrs. Cawthon has been in education for 20 years. A native of Bonaire, Georgia she attended Georgia Southern University. She was a teacher at Perry Middle School for 12 years, has a Masters degree in Middle Grades from Georgia Southwestern and a Specialist degree in Leadership from University of Georgia. She began her administrative career as the Instructional Coordinator at Bonaire Middle School in 1998.


Christy Jones

Christy Jones graduated from Georgia College and State University with a BA degree in Special Education and an MA degree in Behavior Disorders. She obtained her certificate for School and Guidance Counseling from Fort Valley State University. She had 16 years experience in the field of education, 8 of them at Bonaire Middle School. Along with being a counselor at BMS she is also the Area Coordinator for the Adapted Sports program for Houston County.

Dr. Rhonda McDuffie

Dr. McDuffie began her career in education in 1993 as a social science teacher at Crisp Co Middle School where she remained for 8 years. She then taught history and economics at Wilcox County High School for 6 years. While there, she was the head coach for varsity competition cheerleading and for the middle school golf team. She has been in Houston County since 2007.

Dr. McDuffie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Social Science Education from Georgia Southwestern University, a Master’s degree in School Counseling from the University of West Alabama, a Specialist’s degree in Educational Leadership from Albany State University, and a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Argosy University. She loves the challenges and rewards of helping the youth develop into mature, productive, and responsible members or our community.
