Dr. Eric Payne Email
Dr. Payne is a product of the Houston County School System. He attended Parkwood Elementary School, Northside Junior High, and graduated from Northside High School in 1988. He later graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors Degree in Education and went on to receive his Masters Degree and Specialists Degree from Georgia College & State University. He received his Doctorate Degree in Administration in 2008.
Dr. Payne began his career teaching in the first grade and later moved to teaching fifth grade. He served as a school technology coordinator for two years in Perry. He served as assistant principal at Bonaire Elementary for one year and is in his seventh year as principal at Bonaire Elementary School.

Ms. Suzanne Busbee is a native of Hawkinsville, Georgia. Her parents are lifelong educators with her mother recently retiring after 30 years of teaching and her father, a retired school superintendent. She is the mother of four children, Susannah, Grant, Daniel, and Jeff. Ms. Busbee is a 1980 graduate of the University of Georgia, where she served as the Senior Class President. She has completed BS, Masters, and Education Specialist degrees. She has completed all the coursework for her doctorate in Education Leadership, but the dissertation.
Ms. Busbee moved to Warner Robins in the fall of 1980 where she began teaching special education in the Houston County School System. She was selected as the Russell Elementary Teacher of the Year during her tenure. She served as the Assistant Principal of Instruction at Russell and Lindsey prior to being appointed assistant principal of Bonaire Elementary.
Ms. Busbee believes that all children are special and that when they are provided the appropriate education they can all be successful in life! |

| Gretna Soltis |

Gretna Soltis Email Mrs. Soltis is a native of Rome, Georgia and has made Houston County her home since 1993. Being a former military wife, she has taught in several different states including Florida, Maine, New Jersey, and Georgia with a total of 24 years, teaching grades 2nd through 8th. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from West Georgia College in Carrollton, Georgia, her Masters degree in Instructional Leadership from the University of Southern Maine, and her Educational Leadership degree from Columbus State University.
She is married to John Soltis who is employed by WRALC and has one daughter, Anna. She enjoys traveling, reading, and gardening during any spare time that is available!

Mrs. Zanders is a native of Fort Valley Georgia. She is the fourth child of John and Florine Ezell. She comes from a family of educators, cooks, and business minded people. Mrs. Zanders graduated from FVSU with a BS in Middle Grades, an MS in Guidance Counseling, and an Ed. Sp. in Guidance Counseling. She has completed nine years as an elementary school teacher and the five have been as an elementary school counselor at Bonaire Elementary. She began her teaching career with the Baldwin County School System and taught there for two years. Since then she has been a dedicated worker for Houston County Schools.
Mrs. Zanders teaches children lifelong skills needed to set goals, reach goals, and keep dreaming big - in a nutshell, do all that’s possible to be successful. She stresses the importance of study skills, conflict resolution skills, personal body safety, good character traits, and career education.
Mrs. Zanders has one son, Johnathan, and a devoted husband, Andree. In her spare time she enjoys reading, singing, and spending time with her family.
