SmartWEB System: Smartweb Access
For Middle School and High School Parents: Go online and check your childs homework assignments, projects, test scores, etc. If you are experiencing problems registering or logging on to Smartweb as a parent, please contact your child’s school.

If you need to try a manual download, click on the link Java and download the latest version.

FAQ: Listed below are links and frequent problems parents are having accessing smartweb:

AOL Users:
If you are unable to download the java applet to your computer, AOL has advised upgrading to the latest version. Previous versions stop application downloads.

ALLTEL Users:
If you are an Alltel user with a DSL connection, you have to log into the modem and set the firewall to off. Below is the link to alltel with directions on how to do it.

JAVA RUNTIME:
Smartweb requires a specific version of Java to run. If you are running other versions they must be uninstalled. Here is a reference guide on how to uninstall java and load the correct version.
